Rumtse-Tsomoriri Lake Trek

Upon arrival meet to assistance drive to hotel near by the airport, for rest of the night.
After an early breakfast drive to domestic airport, take flight to Leh over the high mountain range, on arrival at Leh meet and greet traditionally by our local staff, drive to hotel, rest of the time leisure for acclimatization rare air of the Ladakh. Evening you can take a short walk in the local market.
Full day Indus valley sightseeing, visit Shanti Stupa, Shankar Gompa, Tsemo Castle (Victory Tower) after lunch visit Stok Palace, Spituk Gompa and local market. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast drive to Rumtsee, en route we will visit Thiksey and Hemis monasteries, every year in month June-June the Hemis festival held in the richest monastery in this valley. Later continue drive toward Manali, on arrival at Rumtse take tent for overnight rest of the time local village walk.
After a leisure breakfast commence trek to Kyamar, get ready for eleven days trek, get ready the horse, pack yr backpack follow the local guide, first we follow the large valley Kyamar. Overnight tent near by the shepherd tent the heart of Rupshu valley. Overnight at tent. (5-6 hrs trek)
Kyamar-Kyamar la(5035m)-Mandalchan La (5076m)-Tiri (4900m)
We commence descend trek inside the valley, only summer settlement of nomadic local people with the herder, later we ascending to ward the Pass before reaching our camping site. Overnight at tent. (6-7 hrs trek)
Tiri-Shibuk la (5100m)-Tsokar Lake (4600m)
First part of the trek ins progressively ascending, toward the Shibukla from we can see the a glance of Tsokar Salt Lake, surrounded by the several peaks with the snow caped, descending towards the Tsokar Salt lake, overnight at camp near by the Lake. After noon good change to view some wild Ass (Kyang) and marmot.
Tsokar-Rajung Karu (4850m)
After breakfast start our long day walk toward Rajung Karu, go round the lake by the west side than ascending toward the valley very easy walk but long, cross one small pass Nuruchan la. Start descending trek to the stream Ponglong Chu, Tent for overnight. (7-8 hrs walking)
Rajung Karu-Kayaru La(5355m)-Gyama Chu (5000m)
After an early breakfast commence trek to Kayaru La, through the nice landscape and followed the wide valley, on arrival at Gyama Chu take tent for overnight. (5-6 hrs trek)
Gyama Chu - Barma La (5350 m) - Pangnating (5050 m)
After breakfast start the trek short but steep way toward the Barman La pass, descending to valley that one lead us to Gyama Chu along with the river side lot of nomadic people with the herder, again ascending to Pangnating very wide valley. Overnight camp at Pangnating. (5-6 hrs trek)
Pangnating-Lanyal la (5650m)-Phirtse Chu (4850m)
Early in the morning climb the most highest pass in the trek Lanyal (5650m). later descending trek toward the lake and pasture land, on arrival camping site relax and tea coffee will be ready. Overnight at camp. (6-7 hrs trek)
Phirtse Chu Valley - Lato Gongma (4700 m)
After breakfast descending trek one of the large valley surrounded by the high mountain, the valley lush green on arrival at camping site, take tent for overnight (7-8 hrs trek)
Lato Gongma - Kyangdom (4500 m)
Early morning descending trek along with the river Phirtse Chu, the valley is as much large as last day, from the way you can see the Stomoriri lake, overnight tent. (6-7 hrs trek)
After breakfast start trek along with the Tsomoriri lake, west side of the lake we pitch the tent, nearby the lake camping is prohibited, rest of the time free. (5-6 hrs trek)
Mani –Karzok (4500m)
Start trek after breakfast short trek till the Karzok village, followed the plain along with the lake side. On arrival take tent for overnight, rest of the time visit Karzok village and gonpa.
After a leisure breakfast start our journey by jeep to Leh, till the Sumdo village we take a rough road later take right turn to Mahhe bridge, Chumathang the hot water spring, continue drive to Leh, on arrival check in hotel, rest of the time leisure for individual activities.
Leh-Nubra Valley (4500m)
After breakfast commence drive to highest motorable road in the world over the Khardung-La (5630m), for visit this valley we need the ILP (Inner Line Permit) one more thing the pass is closed every Monday, Nubra Valley is situated about 154 km north of Leh City, the capital town of Ladak, The common way to access this valley is to travel over the Khardung-La (5630m) from Leh where one will first encounter the Shyok Valley. The upper Shyok and Nubra rivers drain the east and west sides of the Saser Spur, the eastern most outcrop of the Karakoram. The name Nubra is applied to the district comprising the valley of the Nubra river, and that of the Shyok both above and below their confluence, where they meander in many shifting channels over a broad sandy plain before flowing off to the northwest to join the Indus in Baltistan. To enter the Nubra valley, one must cross over the Shyok River via a small bridge and pass through a military checkpoint. An "Inner Line" permit is required to pass. Overnight fix tent.
Full day visit Diskit, Hunder, Panamik and Sumur. Overnight fix tent.
Drive back to Leh, on arrival check in hotel for overnight rest of the time leisure for wondeing in the market. This is the last day for shopping etc.
Early in the morning take flight to Delhi, on arrival meet to assistance drive to hotel, for wash and change, day use only. Rest of the time Delhi local visit. After farewell dinner than drive to International airport for onward destination.
